At Aquapac, we use 100% PVC-free fabrics, which allow our products to stay strong and maintain their structural integrity even under adverse weather conditions. Our PU-coated fabric also comes with taped seams, which means that areas that are prone to leaks, such as external pockets or internal zip pockets, are fully covered and you don't have to worry about water or rain getting into your backpack. Many of our packs also feature a roll-top seal, which is easy to use, quick to seal and offers excellent protection against wind, rain, sand, water and much more, no matter where you're headed.

We’re very proud of the exceptional workmanship that goes into each and every one of the products to come out of our London and Asian factories, which is why we offer a five-year warranty on our waterproof cases, including on all of our waterproof backpacks. Even in areas where our products see a lot of wear and tear - the shoulders, seams, zippered pockets, exterior pocket or the roll top, for example - we take extra care to make sure that Aquapac backpacks will give you and your belongings protection from rain, seawater and other moisture. This warranty means that for five years after your initial purchase, we will repair or replace any of our products that do not live up to our high standards as a result of a production defect or sub-par materials. We also offer fuss-free, no quibble returns for all of our customers. If for whatever reason, you change your mind about your order, you have 30 working days to request a return and refund (six calendar weeks) on any of our products.
