Free Shipping Offer 

We offer free shipping to the UK for orders over £30, and to the Continental USA for orders in USD over $25.  

Where do you ship from? 
 
For orders shipping to USA, we ship from our facility in Deer Park, NY. 

For orders shipping to EU we ship from our facility in Erceville, France 

For everywhere else we ship from Nelson BB9 7BA (in the UK). If you order before 1pm we will ship your parcel the same day (Mon-Fri). 

How long does shipping take? 
How long it takes depends on where it’s going. 

Within the UK 

We use DPD with next business day tracked delivery for mainland UK and 1st class post for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. 

How long does shipping take? 
With DPD to mainland UK delivery is next business day. 

Continental US – Free shipping via FedEx Ground/UPS Ground or USPS for all orders over $25 (For orders under $25 we charge $6) takes 1-7 days depending on how far you are from NY warehouse. 

We also offer a premium service – $25 for FedEx 2Day/UPS 2Day. 

Alaska & Hawaii – FedEx Ground/UPS Ground costs $17 and takes 7 days. 

Everywhere Else 

Shipping by Airmail varies widely depending on both the distance, and on the efficiency of the local carrier. Within the EU you should normally get delivery within a few days. Further afield it can take 10 days, and sometimes longer still.

For shipping in the US, see above. 

For orders shipping within the UK DPD Next Day Tracked delivery is £3.95 (£5 non mainland) and is completely FREE for orders over £30.  

For orders shipping outside the UK there is a Shipping Calculator in the shopping basket. Note: You do NOT have to enter any personal information at this stage. 

When you put items in the basket and click ‘View cart’, you will see that it says ‘Calculate Shipping’. Simply enter the country where you plan to have your order shipped and hit ‘Update Totals’, and the available shipping options and shipping costs will appear . 

In some cases there is a Tracked Shipping option at a premium price. But for most countries outside the European Union the only option is untracked shipping via Airmail.
